This means that you can begin to plan for a financially healthy retirement. And should the worst happen, all employees receive a standard level of life assurance cover, which can be enhanced further, if you become a member of the company pension plan.

    Matched funding for charities

    At Bradford & Bingley, as part of our values, we encourage our employees to undertake charitable work and to support this, we match fund any amount raised by our employees, up to a maximum of £250, to reward them by making their efforts go further for their chosen causes.

    Subsidised staff restaurant

    At Crossflatts, our central offices, there is a subsidised restaurant serving both hot and cold breakfasts and lunches. In addition, there is an onsite shop open all day which sells a variety of products that you may need conveniently situated within the same building.

    Health care cash plans

    As an employee of Bradford & Bingley, you can chose to purchase additional health cover through a health care cash plan. This plan allows you to claim back costs for treatments such as dental care, chiropody, optical checks and many more. The plan is run by Sovereign Health Care who offer a range of health care plans to suit individual employee's needs and will cost you as little as 26p per week.
