    Training & Development

    Induction Training

    No matter which area of the business you join, you’ll receive an induction that will help you settle into your team and your role and will leave you feeling involved, inspired and excited about your career with Bradford & Bingley.

    Induction starts before you join as all new to company colleagues receive a Welcome Pack that introduces key information to get you started during the first few days with us.

    On arrival you will attend a Welcome Day followed by a programme of Induction specific to your role/area within which you work.

    Skill development

    Once in role we strive to ensure colleagues are effective in what they do. In achieving this we offer a range of programmes that enhance existing capability, enrich pesonal skill and work towards improved performance in role.

    Management Development

    The Management Development programme aims to provide first time managers with the skills needed to manage effectively upon appointment in their role. In addition it provides advanced skills to existing managers to raise performance and prepare them for the next step towards leadership.

    Leadership & Development

    Our aim is to provide colleagues with a variety of innovative, inspirational and diverse solutions to their Leadership & Development needs. We are committed to developing colleagues across the business towards their planned personal development goals within an overall framework instigated business wide.
