Bradford & Bingley has recently gone through considerable change and our organisational structure reflects our new business purpose. We aspire to "create value for the taxpayer by being the UK's most effective mortgage servicer" as we support our customers during the wind down of our lending book.

Within HR these values underpin our HR processes. We care about our colleagues and have a theme of employability for them. We have good training and development programmes starting at induction and core skills aligned to roles through to mandatory training and wider development. These are also supported by volunteering opportunities within our local community where colleagues can develop new skills whilst putting something back locally. We also have clear, transparent and aligned reward policies ensuring salaries and benefits are fit for purpose, aligned to the market we operate in and we reward superior performance.
